Forma parte de la serie MC de Siemon, fabricada para garantizar el rendimiento óptimo del canal en sistemas UTP categoría 5e. El cable supera las especificaciones ANSI/TIA-568.2-D e ISO/IEC 11801-1 Ed 1.0 y cumple con IEC 60603-7. Es compatible con PoE bajo IEEE 802.3af/at/bt (Type 1 a Type 4) y Power over HDBaseT (PoH), lo que permite transportar datos y energizar dispositivos como cámaras IP y puntos de acceso.
